Processing Time:

Your shipment will be processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of your payment.

While most orders are able to ship within two business days, some items may require additional lead time: 

• Personalized Items: Services such as engraving, embossing, or bracelet adjustments may require an additional lead-time of 1-2 working days.
• Pre-Ordered items may require an additional lead-time of 2-3 weeks.

Shipping Rates:

We offer free shipping on domestic purchases! Shipments will be sent via FedEx and will be insured through FedEx.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
