  1. What is your return/refund policy? 

If your jewelry or watch arrives damaged, we’re here to help! You can return the item within 5 business days of receiving it. To initiate a return, please contact us. 

Otherwise, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we are happy to assist you. ADD LINK 

  1. Do you offer refunds? 

Yes! Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 

  1. Can I modify or cancel my order? 

Before the shipping process has been initiated, orders may be partially modified or canceled by contacting us.

Once the shipping process has been initiated and a tracking number has been issued, orders may no longer be modified or canceled. (Some items are not eligible for returns. Please contact us and we can assist you).

  1. How long will it take to receive my order? 

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships! 

  1. Do some products have additional lead times? 

While most creations are able to ship within two business days, some items may require additional lead time: 

  • Personalized Items: Services such as engraving, embossing, or bracelet adjustments may require an additional lead-time of 1-2 working days.
  • Pre-Ordered items may require an additional lead-time of 2-3 weeks.
  1. Do you offer appraisal or authentication services?

Yes, we offer appraisal and authentication services for our jewelry and watches. Our team is here to provide accurate assessments to ensure your pieces are valued and verified. 

  1. Can i have my jewelry/watch repaired in store? 

Yes, we offer in-store repair services for jewelry and watches. Our skilled team is here to assist you with any repairs needed to ensure your pieces remain in excellent condition.
