When you purchase an Audemars Piguet watch from us, it comes with the original box, a green chronometer tag, booklets, and a warranty card if indicated in the listing information. Stickers, if present, are removed by the Authorized Audemars Piguet Dealer at the time of purchase. The watch may have been sized but has never been worn (if described as "Unworn/New") and includes all standard links for bracelet models. The white serial tag may or may not be included, as some dealers retain it. Additionally, the watch you receive may be newer than the year mentioned in our listing. If the ad shows a watch with stickers, you will receive one with stickers removed, unless stated otherwise. To prevent transit scratches, we may wrap the watch in plastic. Please note that bezel protectors, even if pictured, are not guaranteed.
For shipping, we recommend using the FedEx Hold-At-Location service, which means we send your watch to the nearest FedEx Office or Ship Center for your convenience. All our shipments are insured and sent via Priority Overnight.
International shipping to select countries is carried out through FedEx International Priority. Please be aware of any customs and import taxes you might incur. Refusing an international package may result in restocking fees on a case-by-case basis. We will ship to the nearest FedEx Ship Center for your pickup.
Regarding in-person showings, we do not encourage them due to safety reasons. Our operations are primarily online, and we deliver via FedEx Priority Overnight.
